Our Sales Process
Here at Cary Granite, we believe in taking the personal approach. This is our typical sales process but are flexible to meet your needs.
1
Schedule an Appointment
Give us a call or submit our online form to schedule an appointment to stop by our showroom. We are a small team so scheduling an appointment ensures that one of our teammates is available to assist you when you arrive. If you're able, please bring a diagram or layout with rough dimensions for your project.
2
Visit Our Showroom
During this initial showroom meeting we will walk our warehouse floor and view all on-site materials for your project. One of our project managers can answer any questions you may have, show you slabs, sink options, and edge profiles. If you have any tile or cabinet samples please bring those with you as they are helpful during the selection process.
3
Estimates
Based off of the materials that you select and your dimensions, a team member will put together an estimate for you and email it over. If you would like a team member to come out to measure prior to estimating, we are happy to do so.
4
Ready to Move Forward
Once you've reviewed your estimate and made your final material selection, give us a call and we will get you on our installation schedule. We are currently scheduling out about 2-4 weeks in advance but if you have a specific deadline you're trying to meet, please let us know.
5
Templating
One of our project managers will meet with you at your home or jobsite to take all measurements and review all final selections . You can expect this appointment to last about 30-40 minutes. We have a state of the art digital templating system, so you can expect all measurements to be captured correctly.

If new cabinets are being installed, the base cabinets will need to be fully installed before the template appointment. If you are doing a simple countertop swap-out, the existing countertops can stay in place for the template. We just ask that you clear off any items on the countertops before we arrive.
6
Fabrication
After we've collected the final measurements and finalized all details, our team will begin fabricating the countertops in our shop. Our talented team of fabricators will polish all edges and meticulously inspect each piece before it gets sent out for installation.
7
Installation
Prior to your installation date, you will receive a timeframe of when to expect the installers to arrive. You can expect our installation crew to be professional, work efficiently, and clean up after themselves. A typical kitchen should take about 4-6 hours to complete from start to finish.
